Deema Murad is an independent jewellery brand creating handcrafted pieces in small batches with care and intention. Each item is designed with love and may contain unique variations due to its handmade nature – slight variations in shape, finish, or tone may occur. These subtle differences make each piece unique.

Order Tracking

Packaging
 Your jewellery is carefully placed in secure, personalised packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Returns
– In-Store Purchases: Present the item along with the original sales receipt at any of our store locations. Our staff will inspect the item to confirm  it meets the return criteria. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
– Online Purchases: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Safely repackage the item in its original condition, including all tags, certificates, and packaging. Ship the item, insured for its full value, to the address provided by us. Use the prepaid return label provided by us. Be sure to retain your tracking information. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within the next 5 business days.
Additional Considerations:

– Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

– For online returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

– We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns
