EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items should be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by all receipts and packaging.
  • Custom-designed pieces, personalised items, engraved jewellery and final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For online exchanges, please contact us to facilitate the process.

Return Process

  • In-Store Purchases: Present the item along with the original sales receipt at any of our store locations. Our staff will inspect the item to confirm it meets the return criteria. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Online Purchases: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Safely repackage the item in its original condition, including all tags, certificates, and packaging. Ship the item, insured for its full value, to the address provided by us. Use the prepaid return label provided by us. Be sure to retain your tracking information. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within the next 5 business days.

Additional Considerations

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • For online returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
