Each item is designed with love and may contain unique variations due to its handmade nature – slight variations in shape, finish, or tone may occur. These subtle differences make each piece unique.

Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Euros or US dollars. We accept secure payments a variety of secure payment methods to ensure a smooth shopping experience:  – Credit/Debit Cards: All major cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, are accepted.  – Digital Wallets: Pay conveniently using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.  – Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfer for larger purchases or custom orders.

Returns
– In-Store Purchases: Present the item along with the original sales receipt at any of our store locations. Our staff will inspect the item to confirm it meets the return criteria. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
– Online Purchases: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Safely repackage the item in its original condition, including all tags, certificates, and packaging. Ship the item, insured for its full value, to the address provided by us. Use the prepaid return label provided by us. Be sure to retain your tracking information. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within the next 5 business days.
Additional Considerations:  – Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  – For online returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.  – We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns

Certification and Authenticity

Deema Murad’s jewellery is made from 925 Sterling Silver or 18 Karat Gold. These pieces are certified by the INCM Contrastaria, which verifies the legal standard of fineness—i.e., the parts per thousand of precious metal contained in an alloy—and applies the official hallmark next to the responsibility mark of the manufacturer or equivalent. Activity Title number is T7833.

Hallmarking is only mandatory for pieces weighing more than 2 grams.

If in doubt about the authenticity of a piece, buyers can always turn to the services of the Contrastaria to verify the authenticity of the material.

In addition to the online store, the pieces can also be viewed and purchased at the brand’s atelier, located at Rua Pereira Henriques nº5, in Lisbon, where they may be inspected by the relevant authorities.
